The Pioneer PLX-500 is a USB turntable with direct drive for DJs and normal listening for vinyl lovers. The turntable from Pioneer DJ offers high-precision audio playback and produces the best-quality analog vinyl sound in its class. This record player from Pioneer has a robust body offering excellent vibration damping. The rear of the PLX-500 record player houses a USB port which allows for the opportunity with the free "rekordbox DJ" software, to simply record your vinyl collections digitally.
With the Pioneer PLX-500 turntable, no external preamp is necessary for connecting to any audio system without a phono input or active your powered speakers. The built-in phono preamp can also be bypassed if needed with a switch on the back panel of the record player. The Pioneer PLX-500 turntable is well suited for DJing, thanks to its high torque motor as well as just playing music from your vinyl records at home.
