The New Horizon 201 record player is an evolution of its successful entry level models. The turntable performance is further enhanced by the use of precious materials combined with mechanical and electrical parts with higher characteristics.
The 201 turntable now incorporate a 20mm methacrylate platter and reaches a weight of almost 2 kg. The increase weight greatly increases the inertia of the platter's rotation and consequently improves tonal authority and fluidity of the reproduced music. The New Horizon 201 record player tonearm is made of carbon fibre raising the overall rigidity of the player with greater detail and clearness of sound.
Moreover it is also the attention to the detail that defines The greatness of New Horizon 201 turntable is define by its attention to detail such as the new adjustable feet with EPDM damping material, Teflon washers and brass nuts for the cartridge fastening and the original scratch-resistant stain-resistant satin-finish lacquer in black or white.
The New Horizon 201 turntable is also available in two variants, both with cartridges from Audio Technica supplied already set and aligned for a quick set-up and listen.
